In the early 1970's, India began passing laws to forbid the killing of siberian tigers. Since then, other countries started passing similar laws to protect siberian tigers. There are also International projects being done to protect these animals. Zoo's are a great help, they help tigers through breeding programs and also teach people around the world to learn more about these tigers.
